Technomar Shipping Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Crew department. As a Crew Operator, you will be responsible for coordinating crew logistics, managing essential documentation, and ensuring efficient operational support.

Key responsibilities

• Organize and manage crew rotations, travel arrangements, and on-board assignments to guarantee optimal staffing levels.

• Prepare, update, and maintain all crew-related records, including certifications, contracts, and regulatory documents, ensuring strict adherence to maritime standards.

• Coordinate travel details such as flight bookings, visa arrangements, and accommodation for crew members, ensuring timely and cost-effective travel solutions.

• Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effective management of crew logistics and travel arrangements.

• Utilize our ERP system to monitor and update the crew database.

• Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies

• Proficiency in written and spoken English

• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
