Job description
We’re looking for a detail-oriented professional to coordinate all steps after a deal is agreed, making sure the voyage runs smoothly, the paperwork is correct, and the company gets paid on time.
What you’ll do
Day-to-day correspondence with Charterers/Brokers for our container fleet fixtures execution (TELIX software).
Charter parties drafting/checking in BIMCO Smartcon and SEALIVE platforms (occasionally drafting of MOAs).
Follow-up of the handover procedures during S&P deals of dry cargo/container vessels.
Physical/electronic filling (for both containers and bulkers).
Keeping various data in Excel files (vessels’ employment tables, etc.).
Data entry for all new voyages/invoices handling (BENEFIT software).
Weekly update of dry bulk vessel positions for management perusal.
Administrative work, preparation/organization of special events, and handling DHL courier.
Weekend & holidays shifts – 24/7 availability on company mobile/laptop.
Job requirements
What you bring
2+ years of experience in post-fixture/commercial operations in container shipping (owner or charterer side).
Clear communication, strong organization, and the ability to manage many details under time pressure.
Soft computer skills.
Comfortable working with numbers and documents; high attention to accuracy and deadlines.
A collaborative mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
